About Our Local Office

The Greater Palatine Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

Terry is a former manager with Searle Pharmaceuticals/Monsanto with over 19 years of experience. He has personally seen the need for care services and the anguish that inappropriate care settings can have for seniors and their families.

Terry completed a Masters in Health Law from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. His Master's Thesis, " Growing Old in America" outlined clearly the needs and concerns facing seniors in America. He lives with his wife Debbie and has two children, Kristi and Cory,.  Cory lives with us in Hoffman Estates, IL and Kristi is married to Ryan Jones, they have 1 daughter and live in Rockford, IL.
